Location - amazing, very close to the beach serving sandwiches and refreshments. Also, close to the restaurant which has a scrumptious buffet. Stylish double room with views of the sea. Extremely comfy bed and overall nice facilities.

Lovely gardens and swimming pools, rooms as expected for a holiday inn.
Our main complaints were about the hotel staff which were rude, unhelpful and didn't understand much English. Someone in our group was alergic to feather pillows so we asked for them to be changed as per the instrucions in the room syaing they have synthetic and hypo allergenic, which is totally untrue as housekeeping kept bringing feather ones. The inside bar had two locals watching the football, not even drinking so the band couldn't start playing which we were waiting for. The bar snakcs we ordered in the bar/restaurant were virtually inedible and completely overpriced for what they were. So a lovely hotel if the service and food could be totally overhauled.

The views are stunning The swimming pools are excellent, love the swim-up bar Food was very good, bar prices are expensive Buffet breakfast is orientated to the local pallet but is good.
Night club playing loud music till midnight right in the middle of the resort. The countryside in general and the beach outside of the resort is nothing more than a public rubbish dump Rooms in general are clean but gardens are not well kept Some public areas in the hotel only get cleaned when it starts to get embarrassing Weekends get busy with screaming kids running everywhere

The location was marvellous and beautiful, right by a nice lavish restaurant, the common areas and the park. Got a double room with a beautiful view when arrived, loved that. A great balcony, a high ceiling, and coffee were useful.

The staff was very helpful and professional specially the filipina ladies at the guest service counter and the reception on 9 April 2016 @ 3 pm
There was a wedding at the hotel on 9 April 2016 that ended at 10 pm; the staff who were dismantling and cleaning afterward were very noisy; they were shouting, swearing nasty words.. but I reckon they are not hotel staff

second time in this amazing place, crew always nice and helpfull, four wonderful and clean swimming pool, great animations in the evening, beautiful private beach, delicious breakfast and good place to make one day excursion like Jerash, Amman, Madaba, Place of Baptist, Dead Sea, Petra or Jerusalem
don't go if you don't have a car, very expensive shops and restaurants with no other choice because eveyrthing is far away

Our room had a cozy double bed that was super comfortable! 😊

The resort itself is incredible. Lots of pools that are exceptionally well maintained. Excellent access to the Dead Sea. OK restaurant. Nice holiday feel.
The rooms have seen quite a lot of (ab)use and could do with some refurbishment. The cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, could be improved. Be aware of "upgrades" to poolside rooms. While nice views and patios are definitely a benefit, the party and music that goes on until 12:00 every night at the pool may not be to everyone's delight.
